Usage Agreement

1.Purpose of Use

The "Another Kyoto Media Library" may be used for free, primarily by international media (TV, websites, etc.) and travel agencies, etc., to use it to promote the "Another Kyoto" area (Kyoto by the Sea, Woodland Kyoto, Kyoto Tea Country, and Kyoto Otokuni Bamboo Grove), increase the area's name visibility and image, introduce sightseeing locations (in magazines, etc.), and publish about it only in travel products/pamphlets, and other products meant to promote sightseeing/increase interest in tourism.

2.Copyright, etc.

Copyrights for these images all belong to Kyoto by the Sea Destination Management/Marketing Organization (hereafter, "Kyoto by the Sea"), Woodland Kyoto Destination Management/Marketing Organization (hereafter, "Woodland Kyoto"), Kyoto Miyama Tourism Association, Kyoto Tea Country Destination Management/Marketing Organization (hereafter, "Kyoto Tea Country"), Kyoto Prefecture, and Kyoto Tourism Federation, or with the image providers.

The license rights for images belong to each of the above organizations, etc. , but for portrait rights, trademark rights, etc., permission from the target facility, etc. may be required separately.

This site bears no responsibility in the unlikely event that a dispute concerning these rights should arise.

3.Prohibitions

You will not be able to make use of the images if any of the following applies.

When there is a risk of causing disadvantage or damage to either a third party or to an area in Another Kyoto (Kyoto by the Sea, Woodland Kyoto, Kyoto Tea Country, Kyoto Otokuni Bamboo Grove)

Acts that damage the reputation or credibility of a third party or an area in Another Kyoto (Kyoto by the Sea, Woodland Kyoto, Kyoto Tea Country, Kyoto Otokuni Bamboo Grove)

When there is a risk of violating laws and regulations, or public order and morals.

When there is a risk of copyright infrigement, such as image alteration, etc. (Excluding image processing such as trimming and image quality correction made to an extent that the unique qualities of the image are not lost)

Sales, distribution, transfer, and lending of images, or use of images to give products value (photobooks, calendars, digital data collections, etc.).

4.Disclaimer

Users make use of this website at their own risk, and this website bears no responsibility for any disadvantages or damages incurred through the use of the images.

This website does not offer any guarantee or support regarding image data or programs.

5.Other

If a request is made for materials produced using this service (websites, magazines, etc.), please submit it promptly.
